My b2evolution Version: 2.x

Hey, how is everything? I have another problem I need help with.

I had used my contact form on my old installation of B2evolution up until I started getting spammed. I then went in and turned it off.

Well, I have since upgraded and was gonna turn my contact form back on and try a captcha pl;ugin or something.

But...... Here is the problem. I can not find anywhere, not even in the widgets the place to turn my contact form back on.

Can someone, anyone, please help?
