My b2evolution Version: Not Entered

I noticed this problem with 2.4, so I updated to 2.4.1 with no change. Whenever I use the !NP or More options in a posting, the first part shows up just fine, but when you click the link to go to next page, you get a page stating that the "short url" (the permanent one generated based on the title of the post) does not exist.

eg The requested URL /2008/03/17/republicans-get-desperate was not found on this server.

This is frustrating and did not seem to happen to me ever in previous releases. Is anyone else having this problem?
