I just accidentally put tags into the "URL filename" field, so I copy/pasted them where they belong but didn't blank out the filename field before posting. The post - of course - had a URL filename (and therefore permalink) that matched the tags instead of the post title.

So I edited the post and manually created the proper version of the post title in the "URL filename" field and hit save. It actually saved it as one would expect, but it gave me a 404 page that said b2evolution can not resolve the URL. I suspect this is due to the redirect having the original (incorrect) post title in it?

Not sure if this is new in 241 or just something I haven't accidentally found before, and if it's not new I don't know if it's been reported before or not.
