Hi
Thanks for the reply,
I clicked the reload plugins but it just came up with (in the top left in a grey box)
Plugins have not changed
I checked and refreshed and the buttons are still missing :(
I also tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Quick Tags plugin (thats what i assumed it was) but it didn't change anything
let me know if i can provide any more information

Is your plugin for QuickTags listed?
If it is what is the status of the plugin? Eg, is it disabled or enabled?
Also try going to the Tools tab -> misc and click on...
Delete pre-renderered item cache.

Maybe you need to check via FTP.... do the plugins need to be uploaded again?
I'm out of ideas , sorry

hi all
My B2evolution version is now: b2evolution 2.4.1
I just upgraded to the stable
I followed the instructions exactly, and everything was re uploaded
and i might add that it was THE EASIEST upgrade for blog software. EVER!
Anyway, the same issue is happening.....
I'm starting to wonder if its a database issue. Any idea where i should be looking?
Is there any more info i can provide?
Thanks in advance

Well in your database there should be a table named : evo_plugins

Based on your image I'd say this was a javascript problem. If you use firefox then install the firebug addon and look for js errors on that page

Hi again

I just installed a local version and compared them, they are the same
Based on your image I'd say this was a javascript problem. If you use firefox then install the firebug addon and look for js errors on that page
It returned this
evo_menu_show 1 NaN% 0ms 0ms 0ms 0ms 0ms admin.php (line 12)
onmouseover 1 NaN% 0ms 0ms 0ms 0ms 0ms admin.php (line 1)
onmouseout 1 NaN% 0ms 0ms 0ms 0ms 0ms admin.php (line 1)
evo_menu_hide 1 NaN% 0ms 0ms 0ms 0ms 0ms admin.php (line 42)
im not sure what it means, so if anyone could shine some light on it, it would be great

Go to your admin and check the plugins install tab
up top right is a "reload plugins" link.
Give it a go and also check that status of available plugins
