My b2evolution Version: Not Entered

1. Would still like to get rid of the "Category" headings at the top of each category section. See the big, bothersome "Category: Main Stage" here- http://www.rocktownhall.com/blogs/index.php/c14/

2. Allowing users to switch skins. How do I enable this in 2.4.1?
