2.4.1. New upgrade and if former users were previously logged in, no problem but if not or if they logout then on login they get a "cookies must be enabled" error even though they are enabled.
The solution for the reasonably savvy is to clear cookies and all is well. However we have quite a few digitally-challenged folks out there. I there a behind the scenes solution to this perchance?

In one of the files ( conf/_advanced.php or sumat ) you'll find $instance_name var ... current default is "evo", change it to something else .... everyone will get logged out, buy their login should stick
