My b2evolution Version: Not Entered

There was a great Hack by Randsco that did this beautifully, but with the new versions o b2evolution, I believe, hacks should be avoided and widgets and plugins should be used instead.
Can Randsco or anyone else make a plugin for sending page to a friend?
I recommend that the same characteristics that Randco's had be kept.
