Currently (242) the URLs for sub-tabs on the Tools tab created by plugins look like poo:

...path.../admin.php?ctrl=tools&tab=plug_ID_18

I know it is a very minor detail, but I think they would look much nicer if they matched the behavior of the stock sub-tabs on the Tools tab:

...path.../admin.php?ctrl=antispam

At a minimum, they could lose the plugin ID number:

...path.../admin.php?ctrl=tools&tab=title
