[1.10.x] how do you create extended posts?

My b2evolution Version: 1.10.x

i want my post to be an extended post where you would click "read more-->" or something but for the life of me i cannot figure out how to do this. its probably something so simple but i have spent hours looking.

can someone please help? thanks.

One of the Tool Bar buttons in the Write screen is the !M button.
Click that and it will place a Read More link into your post
