I don't know what I'm doing wrong, but no one but the admins can post. I have enabled user perms and given groups publisher permissions as well as set the globbal user settings to blogger, but the "post new topic" button that appears on this forum is nowhere to be seen on mine (http://treasureamericanow.com/b2evolution/blog2.php).
I am getting grey hairs over this so any help is greatly appreciated.

I assume you've allowed some form of visible admin link for the groups in question ( urm ..... admin > users > click group name > .... check it doesn't say "bar these heathens from ever seeing that I have a door" ..... ish
If that's not the problem then yer possibly gonna wanna run over to admin > blog settings > [blog] > group/user settings, and make sure they have some form of write abilities
Ohh yeah, if you don't see group/user permissions on you blogs tab then you need to tick a "show me advanced stuff" box ..... urm, on one of the blog settings tab ... I just click them all 'til I find it :D
