My b2evolution Version: 2.x

After upgrading to 2.4.5, I see this at the bottom of my dashboard:

ruh roh :(

Downloaded but haven't played with it yet. To see it in the back office is B.A.D.! Can you change back office skins and duplicate the issue? Just curious...
