i dont like telling the bad news, but it's the best to give 'em asap, that you have no chance of recovering your 'entries' with the use of the files in the 'public_html' unless you had a backup in there(a slight chance you might have a life saving auto-backup type nice rar-zip-whatever archive in there).. shortly, you 'have to' have a backup(copy) of your sql database prior to the indicent.
