[2.x] Where can I install a file so it will show up as a pag

My b2evolution Version: 2.x

OK I am REALLY new to php and it is set up a little odd for me. I need to install a txt file and have it show up as www.website.com/file.txt - Does anyone know which folder I can copy this into to get this to work?

Upload yourfile.txt to your webroot folder
