The /plug-in/renderer folder has been obsolete since .... urm, a very long time ago. You just need to upload your plugins to /plugins/

There aren't any plugins like that for anything after 1.0.0 ;)

There are no plugins that have been written in the last couple of years that require the renderers folder. Which ones are you looking at?
