You need to install b2evo with [url=http://forums.b2evolution.net/viewtopic.php?t=13709]UTF-8 support[/url] first.
If you haven't made any significant changes to your blog it's better to drop b2evo tables and start anew.

i am new to this all.
i can't install b2e myself; i do it through 'fantastico'.
no language pack contains my language.
and i don't want the whole site in my language. english is ok.
only, users and i should be able to post, and edit posts in the regional lang.
this is my situation.
now is there a way out?

p.s.
... and to repeat:
b2e already accepts posts in my language
and i can view it on the blog as such.
i have problem only when i try to edit a post.
