My b2evolution Version: Not Entered

Big time Newbie here...

I've just installed and tested out b2evo, but what I really want to do is just post the blog on a page within my site (in the main Directory). Is this possible? If it is, hopefully it does not require too much knowledge of PHP....^^.

To reiterate I have no real intention of using b2evo's software as a seperate "Blog section" of my site but rather use, or forward, the post/reply element within my pages.

I wasn't sure what this would fit under ...so I just created a new thread.

Great thanks

Without seeing your site : It's usually far better to skin evo to look like your website ;)

Wow.....I totally forgot to add the link didn't I....

http://woldu.com

I doubt there would be a skin that would look like anything close to that.

*Note that IE will, for what ever CSS reason Not cooperate, view with FIREFOX.

Undoubtedly :D

Possibly caused by all the validation errors ;)

The good news is, that'd be simple to skin ;)

WEAK......

Though, it could be worse - could be like my first C++ program that contained about 80 compile errors and 5 critical stop thingies...

S'pose I better get on those....

But then another noob question arises: How would I go about Skinning/Mod a skin for b2?

Its apparent I must first update my version.

(Thanks again)

There's an article about creating skins based on your websites layout, but buggered if I know where it is.

Basically start with any skin that has remotely the right layout for your requirements, throw in a few containers and widgets and play with the css.

Right on,

Gracias on the quick replies

And Nice header menu, translucent colors on the menus = nice touch.

What with my amazing skills, I got frustrated with CSS and just made bunch-a-PNG's.

Guess I'll have to Bone up for this.

Off to work...
Thnx 4 da Help!
