My b2evolution Version: Not Entered

I feel like this is a really stupid question, but after setting everything up, installing it.. getting it together with mysql and having everything work (even installing that stupid application DEEP within the godaddy server admin to eliminate those script errors when logging in)... yeah after all of that, I can't figure out how to disable the "posts require admin approval" feature or whatever it is.

At least I assume there's such a setting?
