My b2evolution Version: 2.x

I have installed on the root of my domain. I gave the first blog an absolute path so that it is now index.php But I notice that in the admin area it is still called as blog1.php. It is the same for the other blogs I have opened although I gave them file names by copying the blog2, blog3 etc and renaming them. But if the blogs can still be called as blog1 or whatever, does that mean that search engine bots can too and flag me for duplicating content and maybe spamming?
