Hi

HELP!!! How do I Blog site integration with out Blog Nav and sign-up

Where do I go for help on "Website integration" I want to specifically embed blogs posted by only bloggers i allow to post in a section of my current site. I want the blog only and not the navigation or login option.

I want the layout to be simple with 5 horizontal sections.

Section 1. Header site nav with 5 or 6 navigation areas.
Section 2. Video Player plays selected area video
Section 3. Only the blog from the selected nav shows up with no blog nav or log-in, I need just the latest Blog.
Section 4. I want the Nav for each vdieo played below the Blog.
Section 5. Footer

I have as an include Section 1, Section, 4, Section 5.

So HELP ME how can I get the Blog, where I want and to only show the blog and not nav to other blogs or login.
