rename "Recent Comments" and date

My b2evolution Version: 2.4.6
Hello!

I browsed the forum but could find the answer, sorry if it is there..
I upgraded my blog to the latest new year version, downloaded the language file and got that working.

Problem:

I want to rename, or use an image for the "Recent Command" part, i cant find where to edit it.
Ive opend all files in ultraedit and searched but nu luck.
Where is the file I can edit this part?

Second, I have 50/50 NL and UK date notations, example "Published on Januari 16th, 2009 @ 00:42:17 , using 71 woorden, 27 bezichtigingen " how do i het this all in dutch?

The "recent Comments" list is a widget .
In your Admin, go to Blog Setting, click on the Widget tab then click on Recent Comments in your list of widgets,
You can edit the "title/Heading" there.

The file "_coll_comment_list.widget.php" is in your inc folder.
inc -> Widgets -> Widgets

Thanks for the help! it worked!

Now just getting the time all in dutch and im happy!

Does anyone know how I can get text or images above the last post widget in my right side bar?
