[2.x] Upgrade Patch 2.4.5 - 2.4.6

My b2evolution Version: 2.x

The Quick upgrade patch 2.4.5 to 2.4.6 contains an Install Folder. Why so, and does it have to be deleted as when a complete new installation?

I guess it's include because there are two files in there that have been "updated" on the previous version. Well thats my guess.
It's not required for the 2.4.5 -> 2.4.6 file upgrades..

Part of that's my fault, I corrected a bug in the upgrade process ;)

So, just to be sure; I can upload the patch WITHOUT the Install folders?
