I notice that there is not a COMMENT link on the main page of the posts. I see that you can get to that page by clicking the article/post heading. How can I add a comment link to the main body of the posts page to make things simpler for users to add a comment?

I don't have a copy of that skin, but on viewing it, I suggest you try another skin.
Even the demo skin has the comment link issue and search box issue.
They can be fixed, however for a skin to have those basic issues doesn't give me faith in what else is overlooked.
