My b2evolution Version: Not Entered

I did everything in the manual , and I set permission for "media" folder to 777
with all of its sub folder. I also try the debug file with the result below :

Current script owner (irrelevant): brocils
Process user:nobody
Dirs:

Effective perms are highlighted/bold.
Green user and groupnames can write.
Brown user and groupnames can read.
Red user and groupnames cannot read/write.

but still I got this error ".evocache folder read/write error ! check file system permissions." , can you help ?
