Delay of a confirmation email after a new user registration

My b2evolution Version: Not Entered

My blog users complain that after registration they had to wait for a confirmation email for so long that they were ready to give up. Some of them waited for one hour. Does anybody know what might cause this delay? Thank you!

Does anybody know what might cause this delay?

The delay depends on your server config and load, b2evo has nothing to do with it.
Try to contact your hosting support and ask them.
