My b2evolution Version: 2.x

Ok, I installed the widget called Image/Blog logo in my Header. What I got was the image at the bottom of the header covering my links and under the Blog title and Blog tag. I want it to replace the Blog title and have the tag underneath it. How do I do this? I am a beginner with php so a detailed instruction would really help. Thank you
