My b2evolution Version: 2.x

Forgive me if there's already a plugin/thread for this, but is it possible to have a plugin that automatically lists other posts with similar tags, and that list appears at the bottom of a post? I know there's something like this for Wordpress.

Note: I'm not referring to a category list, but specifically tags. I have a long and growing page full of different categories, and many posts cross categories depending on the topic of the post itself. I don't want to use a tag cloud either (nitpicky I know), mainly because tag clouds don't immediately give a clear understanding of what post links to what and why.

Any ideas?
