I can format my scripts the way core plugins are (' instead of " so that ' in the text needs to be \' so that it gets undone by function TS_() ) except that function doesn't exist in inc/plugins/_plugin.class.php

I guess I can make text that doesn't need ... does not need the ' character then use good old $this->T_('whatever') because I think that'll ... that will still work, but I'd ... I would rather do it the rightest possible way.
