My b2evolution Version: 2.x

I have tried every setting in the world for 2 days to make new users able to write to the blog. Site works perfect accept there is a setting somewhere that prevents a new user from being able to blog an entry. I wish to make all registered user be able to make a post and the menu at the top right does not show on their page when they login. If there is some kind sole out there that could check my settings I will give you the link to the admin page and perhaps you could change the settings for this. I will simply change the admin logon name and password after you have completed the changes. I am so flustrated as I have checked every setting possible.
Just went thru the manual and now I'm really confused all settings appear ok :roll:
