Can't send feedback to blog

My b2evolution Version : 2.4.5

Hi when I click on send feedback it will refresh my page and does not allow me to enter feedback. Not sure what setting i am supposed to configure. I have another page that allows feedback. Here is the website when you click onto send feedback it does nothing. Register users and myself cannot post I have to do it in the backoffice.

Check that you have uploaded all files from the skins folder and also all files from the evopress folder

Thanks for your help and response. I had created and standard blog and a user blog. The standard blog was not allowing any feedback to be posted. So I upgraded the blog to user and now it works. Thanks again.
