My b2evolution Version: 3.2

I am using the newest 3.2.

With all those different possibilities, at least the names suggest me they will/can, it should be easy to add a sticky post.

But I'm still not able to figure that out. It seems people answer by adding some code, but should it not be easier?

If I add a featured post ... what does it mean, it does not stay on top ....

Who can give some good insight in this?

Thanks in advance from a new b2e user.

You need a skin that support that new features. Whatskin are you using?

But I find it strange that is skin related.

From changelog:

Intro posts let you content specific have intros on top of your category and tag pages. Same for the home page. (requires a skin that implements get_featured_Item() )

but on 3.2:

All default skins now support featured posts and intro posts. (fplanque).

Are you using a bundled skin?

@Walter He's using b2evo_ru skin.

It's not converted to support b2evo 3.x yet. Once we get a stable 3.x release I'll convert the skin.

So I have to wait for the new one, no problem.

I was expecting that already , skin independent.

BTW Sam are you the developer of that great skin, if so can I ask you some questions about that?
