Adding Author's Name

My b2evolution Version: Not Entered

I'd like to add the author's name next to the post title (it's easy in sideblog 'casue it asks ;o) but I want to do this on the main page. Thanks to ya'll I know how to remove the Edit Link and I this is where I should be looking but can't find an example of the code to add. Can someone help please? Also would like to show the date here and the Comment link.

This is what I want

Post Title by Author's Name on 7/20/09 Comment (Comment would be a link)

So in version 2.47 it looked somewhat different...but you got me going! THANKS! Page is at http://www.lebzzzzz.com/ Seems to have done what I needed. Still have lots of tweaking to go...but...think I'm almost there.
