My b2evolution Version: 2.4.7

I downloaded the newest installation: b2evolution-3.3.1-stable-2009-08-08

I right click and choose Extract All, and I get asked to Select a Destination to extract the file. Fine, this is normal, so I create a new (empty) folder--and the first thing I get is an error:

Obviously all I can choose is Try Again (which does nothing), Skip, or Cancel. If I hit Skip, I just end up with one b2evolution file in the destination folder--but none of the other files.

I have tried just dragging the b2evolution folder from within the zip file to a new folder, and then I get a similar error (as above) except it says the similar file name is blogs. If I hit Skip, then I get the error with the next folder name (doc) then the next (gettext) and on and on...so that I am left with all docs and no folders:

Any ideas? I've never had any problems extracting before.
