Sidebar links not working

My b2evolution Version: Not Entered

I have upgraded my blog from 2.4.7 to 3.3.1 and tried to use the new Sidebar links post type.

I am able to save the post and it is stored in the database. But it not visible in the admin panel after that and also it's not being displayed in the blog.

I have added Simple sidebar link list widget to the sidebar.

I was able to get the link now displayed in the sidebar but when I click it I get the message that there is nothing to be displayed.

The sidebar link is:
http://www.domain.com/blog/index.php/2009/08/12/blogi

The similar link works for normal posts but not for the sidebar link.

The permlink for the sidebar links seem to be broken.

I am having this same problem, except that I get a simple 404 error page when I click links in the sidebar.

In Blog Settings >> URLs, you need to make sure that your Blog base URL is set correctly. I tried option 5 (Relative to baseurl) which didn't work. I ended up using option 1 (Default blog in index.php) and everything works fine now.

Actually that fixed links for my Tag Cloud, not my simple sidebar links section. Sorry. Worth a try, though.
