Hi. It's me again. I can't log onto my blog because I don't have my username or password anymore. Is there any way to retrieve this info or do I have to start over?

Yeah you can get them back. Try searching the forums as this has been covered quite a few times. http://forums.b2evolution.net/search.php with lost username password or some such will show you the way.
If you have access to your database via your host then search for cabbage as there is a sticky post that tells you how to set your password to that word.
