[FIXED 3.3.2] Widget 'Photo-index' also shows future images

I blog a lot in the future. I prepare my posts often weeks/months in advance.

The widget photo-index, also uses the pictures from these future posts. And ofcourse that gives errors, since those posts do not exist yet.

Does anyone know what I have to change for that ?

What I also find pitty, is that I can not use it on a an aggregated blog.
I can only put 1 blognumber in the 'blog to use'.
For an aggragated blog, I would need to put an array of blogs.
(my picture blog is an aggagated blog of 15 other picture blogs, so to me that would make a lot of sense)
