I'm not sure if there is an easy way to get it in the middle of a post, but if you put the link to the mp3 in the "link to url" field, then select 'podcast' from the "type" selector it will show up under the title.

Also I think there is a podcast player plugin by Yabba somewhere around here. Search the forums or the plugins site for 'podcast' and you might get lucky. I've no idea how it works, but probably by clicking on something and then something happens ;)
