[3.3.1 / 3.3.2] Menu issues on blog when logged in

Occasionally the little grey menu that you get across the top of the blog when you are logged in comes up with menus preexpanded, usually the b2evolution menu. It always drops down when the page first loads (which is distracting behavior at best) but sometimes it sticks open. This seems to happen across several different skins (but not all).

I have the problem in Safari (4.0.x) & Firefox (3.5.x).

Just upgraded 2.3 to 3.3.2 and I have the same problem. The b2evo menu and the user profile menu are both expanded and won't go away. Its unusable.

Iceweasel 3 on debian

In a separate issue, Konqueror won't let me log in. Cookies are enabled. Those are my only browsers here at work!
