expert tab is blank

My b2evolution Version: 3.3.1
Hi guys I need your help,
When I try to edit my posts, the expert tab is blank and when I click the tab again it says "Please enter a valid issue date." What can I do????
I am desperate! Thousand thanks for your help!

If you are using non-English locale update to b2evo 3.3.2
