My b2evolution Version: 3.3.1

Hello,
I've made a banner for myself (a flash one) but now I want to know where I should place it? And how!

It's not a normal banner its a special one to promote something like ads.

I hope you understand it ;)

One easy way to add a banner to you blog is to add a Free HTML widget in the desired container of your blog and then paste the HTML code for your banner into that widget.
