[2.x] try to post but shows content as spam

My b2evolution Version: 2.x

Hello I have a gal that is trying to post a reply to my blog but it keeps coming up with an error saying that it contains spam...how can that be she has posted several times in the past without problem?

Her posting contains an URL or a string that is on your antispam blacklist. Check it under Tools > Antispam.
