The update provide by your hosts that has the incorrect files is their problem ;)

Note : you can upgrade manually by downloading the latest package from the "download" link at the top of the forums ;)

I did manually upgrade with Filezilla.

If and when I figure out the problem, I will post the solution to help others who are experiencing the same problem.
Right now, I wish I would have not even tried to update my blog. It worked fine the other way and now I am blogless. :(

That might be your problem. Filezilla doesn't always overwrite all the files on upload. There's some obscure setting somewhere that makes it do that.
You might like to try another ftp client

I FTP'ed with another program other than filezilla and it worked! Thanks!!! :D

Since I have the same problem, would someone tell me what they uploaded and where?
Both my web hosting providers failed to upgrade from 2.4.5 to 3.3.x. Well everything else upgraded ok but not the database.
