My b2evolution Version: Not Entered

Hi, could someone can tells me why Evocamp and extreme_sports skins do not respond to this text link and other skins works good?

My link:

I do add it to my index.main.php codes at the same place than other skins without result... no click to link appears.

I did add the html header link.php to thoses.
