My b2evolution Version: 3.3.1

I can't seem to figure out the linkblog or sidebar links
How do you edit the inkblog?
Maybe I'm just stupid, but I can't see it anywhere!
Help!!

when you are logged into the backoffice, it is listed in the bar where all the other blogs are listed.
