My b2evolution Version: Not Entered

I have a site at http://www.cornerstonewebsites.com/blogs/index.php, but there are header errors after upgrading. If you click the "Home" link on the left side of the blog, it does proceed to the "Home" blog which is http://www.cornerstonewebsites.com/blogs/index.php?blog=2.

Does anyone know why the http://www.cornerstonewebsites.com/blogs/index.php might not work? I am assuming it has something to do with URL settings in the admin area.
