Okay i am currently working on updating Turkish translation.
Someone -FG probably- has inserted machine translated definitions for new phrases, but most of does not make much sense, and half are totally wrong. I recommend it not to be done this way. Better leave new strings in English, so they can look up, instead of getting wrong information.

String Questions:
What do those mean and where exactly are they being used ?
U.A.
URL to TinyMCE

Typos:
explicitely => explicitly
How to lay out the thumbnails => lay out is never written separately afaic.

More:
Duplicate entries ??
Enable to add directionality icons to TinyMCE for better handling of right-to-left languages
Enable to add directionality icons to TinyMCE that enables TinyMCE to better handle languages that is written from right to left.

Just grab an older version of .po file from CVS (if it's there)

and what good would that do ?

At least you'll get an untouched file, and you won't have to search and edit bad strings

by bad you mean, wrong translated strings or duplicate strings ?

if you mean the wrong strings, i have already corrected them..
and if you mean duplicate strings, i guess the cvs one has those duplicate entries too.. not that those cause any harm -i assume- but still weird..

i just couldnt find that U.A string, what the hell does that stand for ?

i figured the other one.. 'url to tinymce', it asks for the url path i believe.

Right-click the string if you're using PoEdit

sure, that's a good idea.. i ve almost forgetten about it.. it's been over a year since i opened poedit last time..

i am done with the translation anyway, rest is to find some actual testers..which is pretty hard given b2evolutions popularity, and turkish bloggers blog software knowledge; the intersection of both is quite small (:

It's true for Russian users too :(

Right. The b2evolution people seem to not be the best at proofreading. I noticed a typo when I was updating my Esperanto translation for 4.0.3 (I can't remember what it was now, as I was just in a hurry to get the translation updated and the new version uploaded). I suppose we can take some comfort that the translations contain fewer mistakes than the English original.

explicitely => explicitly

fixed in CVS

How to lay out the thumbnails => lay out is never written separately afaic.

In this case "lay out" is a verb and it looks correct here, at least to me
lay out the clothes
