My b2evolution Version: Not Entered

Greetings,

Currently using b2e 3.3.3 at http://hobbies.static-lift.net/blogs/blog7.php. But things are slow. Frequent time outs and unserved images and *.js files (I'm using Lightbox). I think the slowness began several months ago (before I upgraded) but I can't pinpoint the timing. Pretty sure it's a PHP config issue but not sure.

So far, from tips in this forum, I've renamed the sample.htaccess file in /blogs/ to .htaccess and set ini_set( 'memory_limit', '128M'); in _advanced.php in /conf/.

What's next?
