My b2evolution Version: 2.x

I've got a blog running in parallel to my website, both hosted on the same provider. However all my blog entries aren't showing up in search engines, whereas my normal website pages do.

Is there something I need to manually put into my blog files in order for robots to pick up what's inside?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I'm not very tech savvy, so please excuse what is probably a stupid problem.
