Cannot save Global Settings

My b2evolution Version:

v3.3.3

I cannot save the Global Settings. There is no "Save" or "Submit" or anything vaguely resembling such useful features.

I do not know what is different now. Earlier there was no "Save!" button on any of the Global Settings pages. Now there is.
