IETester will allow you to test rendering in versions of Internet Explorer 5.5 through version 9.

You can try this site, which allows you to view the page from any browser, and at a range of screen resolution sizes:

I've found the easiest way to check in all browsers is simply to have a variety installed on my computer like spiceygas2 suggests.
You could install all three browsers and then look at the site...
The current version (v3.3.3) looks good in Chrome, Firefox, and IE. You could try upgrading.
