My b2evolution Version: Not Entered

I have been trying to find out how to hide the link blog until I have some use for it. i have searched the forums and found this topic http://forums.b2evolution.net/viewtopic.php?t=20943&highlight=hide which tells me to go to

Admin > blog settings > [each blog] > untick "display in public blog list" > hit save > enjoy

I have no :display in public blog list" on the blog settings page at all.

Is there any way this can be done?

i am using b2evo v 3.3.3[/url]
